Customization Options From Logos to Material Chemistry
The word "customization", at Guanpin, does not only refer to writing the name on the surface of the belt. A complete suite of variant parameters available to meet the brand/ regional market requirements. Firstly, visual branding. The belt's backside or fabric cover can be molded or laser printed with permanent, oil resistant, heat fade resistant inks with authorized logos, brand names and part numbers. Colour customisations can be about form as well as function: Colour coding to various types of tensile cord and even to hardness, can help your workshop customers keep track of your stock. Secondly, material formulation: change the hardness (Shore A) of the rubber compound, the oil resistance and the heat-resistance. For ODM projects we don't use the same type of rope (tensile cord) as in the classic passenger car: polyester for classic passenger cars, aramid for heavy duty trucks and fiberglass for the high precision timing belts – fiber with zero elongation. Thirdly, packaging: We design and develop your packaging, labels and barcodes for your retail and wholesale business.
The Custom Production Workflow From Concept to Delivery
In Guanpin, the making process and customization of belts are organized and transparent, avoiding delays and misunderstandings, and guaranteeing a smooth and efficient belt making process. Communication with you on your goal application, volume estimates and any reference samples or drawings will be included in the consultative phase. Your engineering staff's needs are analyzed, and an initial material selection and dimensional layout is suggested. The second stage is tooling and sampling, for ODM orders precision molds will be created or cutting tools for the required belt profile (such as rib geometry for PK belts or tooth pitch for timing belts). We then make a small number of samples (usually 10-20 samples) and invite you to rate them. The following tests are recommended in this stage: dimensional verification test, dynamic testing and heat-aging test. Approval and mass production stages is the third stage. After samples approval, we start production according to your quantity order, in process inspection during the curing, cutting and printing process. Packaging and shipping: Traceability codes will be printed on each belt and then packed in the custom-made printed packaging boxes/polybags for international shipping.
