Storage precautions:
It is necessary to store it in proper way in order the belt remains available and its dimension is preserved. Many belts that break or crack prematurely can be traced back to being mishandled prior to the point of install. By observing the principles listed below, premature failure of the belt can be avoided.
Recommend:
Belt to store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight and the best storage temperature space is less than 30 degrees. When the humidity is less than 70%
Prohibited:
Don't let the belt be placed out of door or near a window, direct sunlight or water source sunbelt will lead to dry and crack or mildew. Do not put belts in the vents, holes of a device equipped with heat sources (lightning, fire sources).
Do not near transformers and electric motor, keep the belt to avoid ozone generated. Do not leave belts in areas exposed to chemicals.
Do not set belt on ground unless box is installed.
Do not bend the belt when you are using or storing it. The belt shall have sufficient bending radius.

Belts should not be tied together including cutting the curved tips of belts.
Do not hang the belt for storage, which will lead to a small radius of curvature (perhaps not more than our minimum recommended bending radius value. Improper storage can also destroy the belt rope and accelerate belt failure.
Bring the belt from the storeroom to work site and be sure not to produce any forbidden things mentioned.
Storage of Belts
It can be used after its storage is 6 years if the temperature does not exceed 30 ℃ and the humidity does not exceed 70%. When the temperature of the stored belt exceeds 30 °C, the service life of the conveyor belt is reduced by about half for every 10 ℃ increase in temperature.
Belts cannot be kept at a temperature over 46 °C, otherwise, the belt failure time will be largely shortened.
If the humidity is higher than 70%, mold and fungus begin to grow in this environment, which can affect belt performance, so it should be avoided as much as possible.
If the equipment stop time is more than 6 months, then belt should be removed and storage conditions as above, environment temperature shall not exceed 30 ℃, humidity shall not exceed 70%.
