On January 29, 2026, we received a special guest from Afghanistan. He was an international student studying in China, entrusted by his client to inspect our factory on behalf of others. As a third-party inspector commissioned with a service fee, he took his work extremely seriously, showing great responsibility and meticulousness throughout the whole process.
He carefully checked every detail of our factory production environment, production equipment, as well as the quality of our core products, including PK BELT, Timing belt and V BELT. He took the initiative to communicate and negotiate product prices with me earnestly, sparing no effort to safeguard his client’s interests. The negotiation and factory inspection lasted for a long time, and it was already dark when we finally finished all the work. What impressed me deeply was his rigorous attitude. He said he would not leave until his client paid the deposit.
After the busy day, I asked him what he wanted to eat to treat him. He simply chose rice. During our dinner, I learned the reason for his choice: he was not familiar with using chopsticks, so rice had always been his preferred food during his study and life in China, and he had eaten countless bowls of rice here over time.
I did not record this warm and memorable experience right away. Long after the batch of our PK BELT, Timing belt and V BELT goods was successfully delivered to the client, I recalled this encounter and decided to write it down. Later, the distant client gave us a highly positive review, expressing full satisfaction with our product quality and thoughtful service.
